What will the Toronto Raptors be this season? Here’s the good, the bad and the unknown

It was a weird summer for the Raptors.
They didn’t do much other than spend a boatload of money to re-up two players . They doubled down on youth and organizational growth and settled into playing the long game.
They hope familiarity on the roster will translate into success on the court, and hope at least one of their four draft picks will pop, although that’s likely to be much later than sooner.
So as they gather for the official start of training camp on Monday — the unofficial part began with full-roster “informal” workouts in Spain and Florida in August and earlier this month — it’s hard to get a firm grasp on what they are or will be.
