Just clip on the bracket stands and twist to the angle required. You can pass the cable through the stand to remove the springiness that has been know to twist the camera over time.
Option 2 - Desk/Board mounting
Clip on the brackets, and using M4 screws/bolts expansion tube (provided) you can secure the stand to any suitable surface or board.
Option 3 - Wall Mounting
Clip on the brackets and using suitable length M4 screws/bolts expansion tube (provided) you can secure the stand to the wall.  The four holes are easy to access meaning marking, drilling, and securing to the wall is straight forward.
TIps: It is recommended to drill the holes with electric drill first, insert the yellow expansion tube, and then fix the screw, so that it will be stable.
