    Vintage Bowen Hunter 66 5 Wooden Bobbin Kaleidoscope
    Dimensions:  11 1/2" L x 1 1/2" (Stem) / 2" (End)
    A very nice colorful vintage kaleidoscope that makes a nice collectible & gift idea.
    These bobbins were manufactured in East Corinth, Vermont by the Bowen-Hunter bobbin mill, which operated between 1941 and 1964;
    thereafter they were shipped to end user mills.
    The kaleidoscope has three reflective surfaces that reflect light passing through colored glass pieces in the object cell at the cogged end of the bobbin.
