A beautiful pair of crisp, SS(925)  Post earrings.   The top of the earring covers the ear lobe with a round bouquet of genuine Garnet gems  in a circle.   The base holding the Garnet gems is gold plated on top of a squared podium.    The second part of the earrings is a nice crisp casing with only slight side decor and the image of Eros and Psyche hugging.
The amber colour changes shades with lighting conditions.

Nino Tagliamonte and his artisans have created something truly unique and lasting for us.
By bringing back something from the past, long forgotten and revived again through years of dedication to blending and processing of Venetian Cameos known as “ Intaglios” Tagliamonte has virtually brought back images from as far back in time as Mesopotamia, ancient Rome and Greece.
The company owns thousands of Matrices (moulds) which are identical to the antique originals by following the Roman manual processing of glasses and styles.
For example,
Did you know that red is a one of the most coveted and difficult colour to produce.
Genuine gold is added to the mix of minerals and sands to come up with the this colour and it is not until the roman glass is cooled that the true red colour is known.
Many of the ancient moulds have even the original signature of the artist embedded in them.
