We are not responsible for the unloading of this item, the buyer will be responsible for the unloading. This means that the buyer will need a tractor/forklift to unload the product off the shipping truck.  A liftgate option is available for an additional 0.  This means that the driver will be responsible for unloading the generator for the buyer.  If you need this option, let us know at the time of purchase.  Please leave us a note with a good contact phone number at the time of purchase for the driver to contact you later on regarding specific delivery date and time.

Return Policy:
Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receipt before returning your UNUSED goods. We do not accept any return without RMA number nor do we accept any used items.
