Postumus NEPTVNO REDVICI AntoninianusThis silver/billon antoninianus of the Emperor Postumus (260-269 AD) has a very nicely detailed bust of the emperor set up by attractive silver and reddish/brown toning. The reverse legend gives thanks to the sea god Neptune for the safe return from a sea voyage.
