    Description

Peach Reynolds Handheld Kaleidoscope 1987 12-3/4" Blue Green Wave Cardboard
The end piece on the viewing end is wood, and I believe most of the rest of the item is made of a sturdy cardboard tube that has been painted and heavily lacquered. The opposite end has some sort of white translucent plastic to let in light for the images inside.
The colors used in this swirled tube are shades of blue, green and gold on a white background. Very dramatic!
The kaleidoscope is about 12-3/4" long, and about 2-3/4" across the ends. It has the peach logo emblem and 1987, which is the year it was produced. The artist is Peach Reynolds of Austin, Texas. He no longer makes kaleidoscopes, having moved on to other interests and endeavors.
Pre-owned, vintage, very good condition. There are a couple of spot of wear. Please see photos and description.
