We need to be notified of the return of the item and it must arrive to us in the same condition we sent it out in. There will otherwise be a restocking fee assessed. Our jewelry is of high-quality and should remain in good condition if properly treated and maintained.
We give our best effort to take the most accurate photos possible, but often times photos do not do our beautiful jewelry justice. Please understand that color accuracy varies from monitor to monitor. The best way to determine the true look of our pieces is to take a first hand look, which we invite all of our customers to do. CUSTOM DESIGN
Step 1: Send us a photo or drawing of your perfect ring or piece of jewelry.
Step 2: We will provide you a full detailed estimate to meet your specific requests.
Step 3: We re-create the piece via CAD to be approved by you. We send you your choice of the design or the physical wax model. We will perform as many revisions to the CAD design as you request (within reason) until you are completely satisfied.
Step 4: Once the design is approved, we will proceed to manufacture the piece until completion. We will send you photos of the finished product for approval. Though a small deposit is asked for to begin work, final payment is required only after final job approval.
