N C WYETH-VINTAGE AMERICAN HISTORY ILLUSTRATIONS FOR 1939-1940 MORRELL CALENDAR

Description

In 1939 the Joseph Morrell & Company, a meat packing company in Iowa, copyrighted 12 N C Wyeth historical themed illustrations to produce an "America in the Making" calendar, depicting US historical events on each monthly calendar page, that was sent to Morrell customers.  The listing has 11 of those12 well known monthly calendar prints (plus a copy of the Daniel Boone monthly illustration).  Each calendar page has been trimmed to just the image size of the small calendar version, which is 8.25" x 9.375"
Wyeth has created a series of evocative and  collector and would look wonderful framed.
The ads are protected in an archival print sleeve, protected by stiff shipping materials and will be shipped using USPS Media Mail.
