We ship M-F from our smoke free home unless these days are a holiday. We ship Friday's orders on Saturday's if placed by 5PM.  We regret that we are unable to ship any UPS orders on Saturday because our UPS hub is closed. UPS orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday evening.

DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX’S
, so if the item is heavy/oversized and we have UPS as the shipping method, the item will need to ship to a physical address. This can be a work address, trusted family member/friend but be certain you have the physically correct address when checking out and paying to avoid delays. Of course you may use USPS or Fed Ex for shipping; but generally they will be significantly more costly and why we have UPS Ground as the shipping method for that item.

RETURNS
Must be received back to us within 14 days of delivery to the buyer according to the shipping/tracking date record. No refund is issued on shipping.

Damaged
: If the item arrives in a
visibly damaged box

BEST thing to do is DO NOT open the package
, message us immediately and alert your local carrier or post office that the package was received in visibly damaged condition and therefore the item could be damaged.                              If there is no visible damage on the exterior and the item is found to be damaged upon opening; please save ALL packaging materials, including newspaper, bubble wrap, the box or container used for shipping the item, the item, and all parts/pieces even if broken!

Gross Misrepresentation From Description:
If you believe the item was grossly misrepresented,
prior to opening a case do the following,
1. REREAD the description of our item again to be certain you did not misunderstand what you purchased or confused our description with another listing you may have read

3. If AFTER doing this you still feel the item was grossly misrepresented from the description and photos then please
send us a message before you open a case

These messages go through Ebay, so there is a record of these messages as well. Buyers should never open a case against a seller until attempting to message the seller and work it out first. “Work it out” is EXACTLY what Ebay will instruct you to do even if a case is opened!
New, New with/Without Tags, Unopened Items:
Items sold as unopened, or new/new with tags must be returned in the same condition to qualify for the eligible refund. 50% restocking fee
