KALEIDOSCOPE, HAND-MADE, ARTIST SIGNED LEADED GLASS, ROTATING MARBLE, VINTAGE

Description

This is a unique, very collectible handmade stained-glass kaleidoscope that is clearly signed by the artist, “CGS.”
(Unfortunately, I have not identified the full name of this artist.)
The outside casing is made with opaque, iridescent leaded glass. The shape is an equilateral triangle with a 3-mirror system, resulting in repeating triangle images reflecting outward to the edges of the viewing area. This kaleidoscope comes with a 1 3/8"
jumbo rotating marble. The marble is held in the scope with a coiled wire. The kaleidoscope is 8" long, 9” including the wire and marble. The sides of the scope are approximately 1 3/8" in height. This piece is in excellent condition with no visible signs of damage. This is a lovely desk or coffee table accessory sure to spark many interesting conversations or simply transport someone into a colorful day dream.
