Casters WAGNER industrial swivel heavy duty 5" rubber wheels breaks screw mount

Available a set of four casters, two with breaks, two free wheeling. They all spin around on bearing balls, and roll on axle. Brand new, never installed, just were stored as replacement parts and never got to be used, and now, no longer needed. Wheel is solid rubber, smooth and quiet ride over hard surfaces.
These type of casters are expensive, being heavy duty, industrial type. I looked on-line at similar models, and attached last photo for comparison. I don't know how close they are, but I start them low, under each, taking in consideration their weight which will make shipping cost a factor in final cost. If shipping gets high, I will use a Medium Flat Rate box, so .50 is the most you will pay for postage.
