    Description

    BILL VERNON Limited Edition 96/5000 Retired Resin Two OTTERS SCULPTURE Figurine with Certificate of Authenticity ~ "Water Waltz" ~ Series of Evolution
    Each Series of Evolution sculpture started out as a driftwood carving. Exquisitely handcrafted using crushed pecan shells, resin and cold cast stone. Airbrushed by hand.
    This sculpture is Water Waltz, model #3018, 1999 second edition. Although 5000 were planned to be produced, Bill Vernon's records indicate only 159 were actually made before it was retired in 2004.

The most popular of these collectibles were The Shade Tree Cowboys and The Series of Evolution. These collectibles were all MADE IN THE USA. They started out in Gainesville, Florida, and then moved to Franklin, North Carolina.
