    BILL VERNON Limited Edition 46/5000 Retired Resin Two OTTERS SCULPTURE Figurine with Certificate of Authenticity ~ "Water Waltz" ~ Series of Evolution
    Each Series of Evolution sculpture started out as a driftwood carving. Exquisitely handcrafted using crushed pecan shells, resin and cold cast stone. Airbrushed by hand.
    This sculpture is Water Waltz, model #3018, 1999 second edition. Although 5000 were planned to be produced, Bill Vernon's records indicate only 159 were actually made before it was retired in 2004.
