Programming
Most or all European electronic devices (Stereo, ECU, Modules, etc.) need to be programmed. These items are not "Plug and Play". These items need to be coded to the vehicle they are being installed into. They require specific tools or information to program. Please be aware of this before purchase.
Radio / Stereo
Most radios require a "security code" or "password" to unlock the unit for use. We do not provide or have access to these security codes and most dealers do not offer the codes over the phone. You must install the stereo unit into the vehicle and take the vehicle to a manufacturer dealer to be unlocked.

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping on over 99 percent of our parts that are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Shipping is not free on items that require a pallet or freight truck.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties And Taxes
Specialized German Recycling is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Specialized German Recycling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

All Specialized German Recycling Parts Are Guaranteed To Work Properly For A Period Of 30 Days From The Purchase Date (Printed On The Invoice).
This Standard Warranty Does Not Cover Installation Labor, Removal, Or Rental Car Expenses That May Result From A Warranty Claim.
These extended warranties may be purchased with various
coverage options. See your warranty card or ask your sales rep for details and upgrades.
You Can Pack And Send Your Return To Us In Just A Few Simple Steps:
Exchanges are available for most items, if there is an issue with the item this is usually the easiest step to perform.
You can open a return claim using eBay's return procedure by going into your purchased items and opening a claim.
Contact us using eBay's messaging system to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please return items with an RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Pack the items in the original boxes together with the original packing slip or invoice.
Mail the package back to Specialized German Recycling -- 3688 Omec Circle -- Rancho Cordova, CA 95742.
Your return will be processed as soon as we receive the item back and inspect it.
Please Note:
The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, alteration or modifications. Electrical parts are not returnable if installed.
You are responsible for choosing and ordering the correct part for your vehicles year, make, model, options, and/or other application specific details. Please read the product description and application interchange parameters carefully.
Removing heat tab, overheating, abuse, misuse, improper installation, and/or operating without proper lubrication voids warranty.
We offer no guarantee of merchantability, fitment, or value preservation for the vehicle on which parts are installed. It is assumed that all new gaskets and seals will be installed by the customer on all parts sold. Fluid leaks are not covered under the terms of this warranty. We assume no liability for any consequential damage to vehicles or vehicle parts due to the failure of any parts sold by Specialized German Recycling.
All new fluids, gaskets, filters and seals must be used upon installation of all parts.
In addition, all applicable coolers, lines and filters must be flushed clean before installation to prevent contamination and premature failure. (This includes but is not limited to Radiators, Oil Coolers, Transmission Coolers and their associated lines and hoses.) Warranty is void if these procedures are not followed exactly. Engine warranties are void if engine is not installed with all of the following: New water pump, new timing belt & tensioner, new lubricating oil, and all new filters (oil-air-fuel). Engine and Transmission warranties are void if not installed with the correct fluids as specified by the manufacturer.
All maintenance procedures must be properly followed at intervals at least as frequent as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
Warranty is void if proper maintenance procedures are not followed.
All returned parts must be properly marked with Specialized German ID number and ultraviolet marking for identification.
