Obverse: ANTONINVS AVGVSTVS, laureate,
draped, cuirassed
bust of emperor facing right.
Reverse: SECVRIT ORBIS, Securitas seated left holding scepter and propping head on left hand.
Securitas was the goddess of security and stability, especially the security of the Roman Empire.  Likely an advertisement of the safety & security provided to the Empire by the Severan Dynasty.
